IDI, one of the leading private equity firms in France, has acquired a majority stake in EXSTO, a leading French group in the field of high-performance elastomers.

EXSTO Group has a turnover of 69 million euros in 2023 and employs nearly 360 people in six production sites in France, Italy and Brazil. It also has a sales office in the United States, two R&D laboratories and three design offices in France. Its teams work in particular to develop responsible solutions, enabling the Group to offer product ranges using recycled materials.

This LBO allows the exit of iXO Private Equity and CADS Développement and the reinvestment of the historical minority financial shareholders BNP Paribas Développement, Maelo Capital and CASRA Capital alongside the management team led by Christophe TORRES.
