- Personal data protection - Tier 3 - « At Delsol Avocats, Jeanne Bossi Malafosse heads the firm’s personal data protection practice. She has extensive experience in the field of data protection and the health sector ; she was a member of the CNIL (French data protection authority) for 18 years and served as secretary general of the Agence Nationale des Systèmes d’Information Partagés de Santé (formerly ASIP Santé) for five years. Her client portfolio reflects this positioning and includes many healthcare professional associations, as well as major pharmaceutical groups. The firm assists its clients with the implementation of compliance programmes, as well as with the analysis and definition of their personal data policies. »
- Health and Life Sciences - Tier 3 - « At Delsol Avocats, Jeanne Bossi Malafosse is highly skilled in assisting pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, as well as professional associations, in the management of their personal data and e-health issues. She also acts as data protection officer (DPO) for several clients.
