Marine focuses her practice on Private Equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
She advises investment funds, listed and unlisted companies, and industrial groups on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint-ventures, leveraged buy-outs, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, and management incentive schemes.
Marine also supports company executives and their businesses throughout all stages of their development, in both day-to-day operations and more complex or exceptional matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Marine previously worked in the Private Equity / M&A teams of the law firms DLA Piper LLP, Shearman & Sterling LLP, and Proskauer Rose LLP in Paris, before joining Delsol Avocats in Lyon in 2025.
Marine completed a preparatory program for France’s top business schools (classe préparatoire HEC) at Lycée du Parc in Lyon, before joining Grenoble École de Management through the Grande Ecole program, where she pursued a dual degree in Law and Management. Marine also holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in International Law and Tax from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
