DELSOL Avocats advised LSDH (Les Crudettes) on the acquisition of Bonduelle group’s packaged salad business in France.
A family-owned and independent medium-sized company, LSDH has been developing for more than a century in the liquid food sector (milk, juices, vegetable drinks, fruit drinks, etc.) and, since 2014, in the ready-to-eat salad sector with the acquisition of Les Crudettes.
