RaiseSherpas, Raise Group’s endowment fund and the first philanthropic accelerator dedicated to French post-seed startups, is taking part alongside investors-sponsors in the launch of Phiture, the first 100% non-profit tech investment fund.
This fund, the first of its kind in France, aims at investing in the best innovations and financing 50 tech gems. All profits generated will be redistributed to common good projects, either in the social or education sectors, especially for the benefit of fragile and unemployed people, in the environmental protection sector or in the support of entrepreneurs.
DELSOL Avocats’ « Non-profit organisations - Social and solidarity-based entrepreneurship » team, which advised RaiseSherpas in the implementation of this unprecedented model, is the largest and most structured in the French market.
