DELSOL Avocats advised Frénéhard & Michaux, a major French industrial group specializing in fall protection solutions and protection for work at height, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Gamesystem, a company that designs, manufactures and implements solutions for protection against falls from height on industrial facilities and buildings. Gamesystem is headquartered in Grenoble and has subsidiaries in Spain and Italy.
This transaction is profitable for both entities. It enables the Frénéhard & Michaux Group to strengthen itself and to boost its development in the industrial sector while completing its offer and diversifying its activities. For its part, Gamesystem strenghten its collective protection solutions and boosts its development in France and abroad.
