DELSOL Avocats assisted the French digital farming company ITK in the context of its 10 million Euros fundraising from EDF Pulse Holding, EDF’s investment vehicle, Starquest Capital, BNP and Banque Dupuy de Parseval (Groupe Banque Populaire du Sud).
This roundtable will enable ITK to accelerate its international development in the prevention of crop and livestock production losses resulting from climate change and carbon storage in agricultural soil. ITK will thus strengthen its position as a leader in agri-intelligence in order to adapt farming to climate change and to limit the said climate change.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised ITK with a team including
