PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats assisted PACTE NOVATION in the context of HIGHNORMA’s acquisition of a majority stake
HIGHNORMA has acquired a majority stake in PACTE NOVATION, a company listed on the Euronext Access Paris market.
Founded in 1994, PACTE NOVATION is a player in the field of IT software development, providing consulting, integration and development services tailored to customer requirements. PACTE NOVATION currently employs 53 people.
PACTE NOVATION holds 96.98% of the capital and voting rights of ASSIGRAPH INTERNATIONAL and 73% of the capital and voting rights of NOVASYS INGENIERIE. The remaining shares in ASSIGRAPH INTERNATIONAL and NOVASYS INGENIERIE were acquired by HIGHNORMA. These two companies now employ approximately 25 people.
HIGHNORMA is an independent ESN group with 20 years of experience in the digital transformation (IT/digital, business analysis, infrastructure/production, BI/Big Date, Legacy) of its key account clients in various sectors, such as banking/finance, automotive, energy and industry, mainly in Paris, Lyon and Strasbourg through its various subsidiaries.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised the shareholders of PACTE NOVATION, ASSIGRAPH INTERNATIONAL and NOVASYS INGENIERIE with a multidisciplinary team including :
