DELSOL Avocats assists Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) in the framework of its investment through Banque des Territoires and on behalf of the State, via the Investment Program of the Future « Territory of Innovation », in the company TokTokDoc.
TokTokDoc offers clinical telemedicine solutions for EHPAD and the entire medical-social sector.
The CDC has invested in a round table that also includes Swen Capital Partners (through its FCPI Innovation Pluriel n°5 fund), Macif Innovation, Arkéa (through its We Positive Invest fund) and the Vivalto Group, which reinvest, supplemented by bank financing, for a total amount of €5 million.
This fundraiser will allow TokTokDoc to extend its concept of mobile telemedicine clinic, a true “hospital outside the walls”, to the benefit of as many people as possible.
