DELSOL Avocats advised the Californian fund Runa Capital on the fundraise carried out by the start-up OpenReplay.

OpenReplay provides developers with a session replay stack that helps them troubleshoot issues by making debugging visual. It has raised $4.7 million in a seed funding round led by Runa Capital with the participation of Expa, 468 Capital, Rheingau Founders and co-founders of Tekion.

OpenReplay will use the new funding to accelerate deployment and improve user experience. OpenReplay operates in France and in the United States since the transfer of its headquarters in the US.

In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised the lead investor, Runa Capital, with a team including :

  • Pierre GOUGÉ, partner and co-head of the « Mergers & Acquisitions - Corporate law » department, and Édouard PIQUE, associate,
  • Julien MONSENEGO, partner and co-head of the « Corporate taxation » department,
