DELSOL Avocats advised the sellers (the Pechel investment fund and the founders [Gérald Clamaron and Laurent Clamaron]) on the sale of the WellNess Sport Club group, a French network of premium sports halls, to Waterland Private Equity.

Operating in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur, the Paris region, western France and Switzerland, the WellNess network of premium gyms has set up its clubs mainly in city centres, with the aim of closely meshing the major cities of France and Switzerland : Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes and Geneva today. Lille, Toulouse, Nice and others tomorrow.
With the support of Waterland, the group aims at creating a French leader, and then a pan-European leader, in accessible premium fitness.
