DELSOL Avocats advises APi Group Corporation with the acquisition of Chubb Fire & Security from Carrier Global Corporation for $3.1 Billion.
APi is a market-leading business services provider of safety and industrial services in over 200 locations worldwide.
Chubb is a fire safety and security provider relying on 13,000 employees globally and a sales and service network spanning 17 countries.
Such acquisition and the synergy opportunities arising therefrom will enable APi to expands its reach to new markets.
DELSOL Avocats advised APi on French law aspects, the target’s most significative activity being located in France. The scope of the firm’s assistance included the negotiation of purchase agreements, and the assistance on specific issues such as the consultation process with employee representative bodies or the process for foreign investments approval in France.
