Nathalie PEYRON is co-head of the Real estate department. She provides advice and assistance to investors (French or foreign) for their property acquisition and to real estate developers on both developing and finalizing property transactions.

She also works in the hospitality sector and advises operators and owners on the implementation and legal management of all their works projects.

She writes and negotiates all contracts relating to finalizing and managing property transactions (particularly real estate development contracts, delegated project management, sales instruments and agreements, project management contracts and works contracts).

She oversees all litigation relating to property transactions, although she prioritizes preventive and amicable dispute management via joint mediation.

She has been a CMAP-certified mediator (PARIS Centre for Mediation and Arbitration) since 2016.

She was a lecturer within the two-year master’s degree programme in Property and Construction Law (continuing education) at PARIS II University between 2005 and 2014.

Nathalie PEYRON has been a partner in DELSOL Avocats since 2003. She has a two-year master’s degree in Property and Land Law from PARIS II as well as an LL.M from The American University in WASHINGTON DC. She has been a member of the PARIS Bar since September 1988.

She has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2021 in “Construction Law” (Lawyer of the Year 2024) and “Real Estate Law” (Best Lawyers, in partnership with Les Echos).
