Geoffroy GOUBIN

Geoffroy Goubin is a partner at DELSOL Avocats. He advises companies and executives on the prevention and management of criminal and regulatory risks, the conduct of internal investigations, negotiations with prosecuting authorities and their defence before the courts.

Geoffroy’s practice primarily focuses on white-collar criminal proceedings (corruption, economic and financial offences, industrial and environmental incidents, employment criminal law, cybercrime, competition criminal law, etc.).

Geoffroy also advises clients on the design and assessment of their compliance programmes, particularly anti-corruption programmes under the Sapin II Law. He also conducts internal investigations, regularly in coordination with technical experts.

Geoffroy also represents clients in inspections, investigations and proceedings before regulatory authorities, including the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA) and the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR).

More generally, he regularly handles matters involving parallel regulatory, civil or commercial proceedings and/or an international dimension. He has recognised experience in extradition proceedings, European and international arrest warrants, and applications for the deletion of INTERPOL notices.

A graduate of the Grande École programme at ESCP Business School and holder of a Master 2 in Business Law and Tax from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, Geoffroy has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.

He began his career at Debevoise & Plimpton before joining the Dispute Resolution team at Linklaters’ Paris office, and then Bougartchev Moyne Associés. He joined DELSOL Avocats in January 2025.

Geoffroy is a member of the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the European Criminal Bar Association.
