Hélène LABORDE is a partner within the “Real estate - Construction” department.
Hélène assists real estate players, including property developers, large property owners, and real estate companies, from the inception to the completion of real estate projects.
She drafts and negotiates various contracts such as property development contracts, delegated project management contracts, deeds and promises of sale, project management contracts, and works contracts.
She also handles litigation related to real estate projects, focusing on preventive and amicable dispute resolution through mediation agreements.
She oversees litigation proceedings, including those involving judicial expertise, in both judicial and administrative courts.
As a member of the Paris Bar since 2014, she first worked with Simon Associes prior to joining DS Avocats, where she was appointed partner in 2022. She joined DELSOL Avocats in September 2025.
Hélène LABORDE graduated from the Institute of legal studies in town planning and construction (Toulouse Capitole University) and Master II Real estate and construction law (Panthéon Assas University).
Since 2025, Hélène is designated as a Next Generation Partner in "Construction" by Legal 500. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2024 in "Construction Law" (Best Lawyers, in partnership with Les Echos).
